Rowdy Cow Farm

Craftsbury, VT. In the winter of 2020, two very large transom windows were replicated for this extensive c.1900 barn restoration. The original handmade 34-light sash above the front door was simply tacked in against the framing & siding. No jamb. No flashing. We created a new opening at the opposite gable wall so both ends would have matching transoms. We fabricated custom jambs for both units. Wow, that’s one long window sill!
